I have been supporting Alton Towers Resorts for a few years now training staff in different areas of the park including the cBeebies Hotel . In 2022 the training has been focused on the new inclusive attractions based in cBeebies Land.

Ensuring the staff have the right vocabulary to communicate with guests was key , so a number of workshops held across various departments from Food & Beverage  to Front of House to Entertainments staff. The focus was ensure a truly magical experience to guests – so just like the Mr Tumble themed Bedroom, their stay can be ‘Something Special’
